I happened to have coded some lines for Macintosh. Beware: the primary function of these software is to waste your disk space. If you ever find another function, just drop me a line. In the improbable case where the software here really helps you, you can still make a donation.

This EIMS Filter generates a 550 error when a message with these painful attachements arrives. In the error message one can find a link to this page, where the sender will find explanations with illustrations to find why and how to deactivate this function which was very probably designed by a developer in anger against mankind. He shall be forgiven as his computer probably crashed while he was finishing Rogue. |

AS Fortunes is a simplified version of an MPW script built as an AppleScript applet. I wrote it for Frédéric Clair who appreciated the fortunes. Indeed, when it is double-clicked, this software puts in the clipboard a fortune from a file in the proper format. The first time, it asks which file should be used. This can be changed by dragging and dropping a new file on the applet. The source is available and one can easily use MacinTalk to read the fortune or show it in a dialog box. If you are looking for a website about AppleScript, go to Mathias Terreaux's. |
